The DoubleTree by Hilton Elstree is a 135 bedroom hotel located in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. Our facilities include a gymnasium, lounge bar, restaurant and meeting & event facilities over 11 rooms, the largest seating up to 400 people.

We are recruiting for a passionate, dedicated and ambitious Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team, predominantly looking after our conference and events outlets. As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will strive to deliver a relaxed and professional experience for our guests, through leadership of the food and beverage team.

This role requires an ambitious individual looking to grow their own career and those around them. Someone who is a team player and an excellent communicator looking to deliver the very best dining experience. This is a hands-on and creative role that requires an energetic and professional person who has proven hospitality experience.
