Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests during night hours, including luggage handling and package deliveries.
- Respond to guest queries promptly and efficiently.
- Deliver mail, newspapers and express check‑out bills.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Collect room service / breakfast cards.
- Assist Night Management with fire management walks and procedures.
- Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures.
- Attend training courses and support the Night Team’s training efforts.
- Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, policies, and local area.
- Assist and support other departments as necessary.
