Job Description
The Person
- Organised and efficient, with a keen eye for detail
- Confident communicator and Team Player
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for cooking and food
- Reliable with a positive and proactive attitude
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends
The Role
- Contribute to the creating of menu ideas and new and innovative dishes
- Assist the Head Chef / Sous Chef with the daily operations of the kitchen department
- Work closely with all team members in the Kitchen Department to ensure a smooth service is provided to guests
- Prepare and present dishes to high standards and presentation
- Train, mentor and support Commis Chefs and junior team members
