What You'll Be Doing

Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages and bar drinks to the highest standards

Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences

Share knowledge and recommendations with guests to enhance their visit

Maintain excellent knowledge of drinks menus, ingredients and seasonal offerings

Support the development and presentation of the bar experience

Ensure the bar is clean, organised and presented to a high standard
