We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Front Office team and help create exceptional experiences for our guests.
This is a guest‑facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, providing a warm welcome, supporting their stay and helping to ensure every visit is memorable.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome guests and create a positive first impression of the hotel
- Manage check‑ins, check‑outs and reservations in line with company standards
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and efficiently
- Provide information about the hotel, local area and available services
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Handle guest feedback and elevate concerns where appropriate
- Support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Front Office department
- Ensure reception and guest‑facing areas remain welcoming and presentable
- Support upselling opportunities and promote hotel services where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality, customer service or Front Office experience is desirable but not essential
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Friendly, confident and professional approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and problem‑solving abilities
