We're looking for a reliable and proactive Night Supervisor to help lead our hotel operation overnight, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and support throughout their stay.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll oversee the smooth running of the hotel during the night, support team members and act as a key point of contact for guests.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support the overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
  • Act as the senior team member on duty during overnight shifts
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and respond to guest enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues effectively
  • Support night audit and overnight administrative processes where required
  • Conduct regular security and safety checks throughout the hotel
  • Ensure company, brand and legal standards are maintained at all times
  • Support and guide team members working overnight
  • Prepare the hotel for the following day's operation
  • Help create a positive experience for guests from arrival through to departure

  • Previous experience in a hospitality, guest service or supervisory role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
