What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout kitchen and food preparation areas
  • Wash and store crockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchen equipment
  • Assist with deliveries and the safe storage of stock and supplies
  • Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks where required
  • Dispose of waste safely and maintain recycling procedures
  • Ensure cleaning schedules are completed accurately and consistently
  • Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times
  • Help maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support service delivery
