Breakfast Food and Beverage Assistant
We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Breakfast Food and Beverage Assistant to help create a great start to the day for our guests.
This is a guest-facing role where you'll support the delivery of breakfast service, provide exceptional hospitality and help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver friendly and professional service throughout breakfast service
- Welcome guests and create a positive start to their day
- Prepare and maintain breakfast service areas to a high standard
- Replenish food and beverage items throughout service
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and professionally
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
- Support the setup and close-down of breakfast service
- Follow health and safety, food safety and company procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Friendly, positive and professional approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and presentation
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as required
