We're looking for a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our Food & Beverage team and create exceptional drink experiences for our guests.

This is a guest-facing role where you'll combine creativity, product knowledge and outstanding service to craft memorable experiences and bring our bar offering to life.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages and bar drinks to the highest standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences
• Share knowledge and recommendations with guests to enhance their visit
• Maintain excellent knowledge of drinks menus, ingredients and seasonal offerings
• Support the development and presentation of the bar experience
• Ensure the bar is clean, organised and presented to a high standard
• Process orders and payments accurately
• Support food service within the bar area where applicable
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety and company standards
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working in a cocktail bar, premium bar or hospitality environment
• Passion for cocktails, beverages and guest experience
• Strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for learning new trends and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage confidently with guests and build rapport
• Positive and professional approach
• Ability to perform effectively in a busy environment
• Team-focused attitude with a commitment to high standards
