Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate the team and lead by example
  • Assist the F & B Manager with smooth department operations
  • Deliver and support training to team members, developing their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a visible presence in the outlet to respond promptly to customer requests and complaints
  • Handle guest complaints in a friendly, efficient manner ensuring satisfaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance guest experience
  • Continuously improve service knowledge and best practice delivery
  • Uphold company operating procedures and hotel standards
  • Possess strong knowledge of hotel products, F & B and auditing procedures
  • Ensure the department is prepared for business and forthcoming service days
  • Communicate and cooperate with all departments
  • Maintain high personal hygiene and presentation standards within the team
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety / Food Safety compliance; report hazards, accidents, loss or damage to management
