The Role

  • Clean and service guest rooms to the hotel’s high standards
  • Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies
  • Dust, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces in guest rooms and bathrooms
  • Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas
  • Report any defects found in the bedroom, corridors or public areas to the Head of department
