Responsibilities

• Provide services for spa guests, contributing to an overall exceptional experience from the spa team
• Create a welcoming atmosphere in the spa, focusing on excellent customer care and going the extra mile for every guest
• Perform a variety of spa treatments for guests
• Use guest feedback to ensure continuous excellent service delivery
• Ensure all spa procedures and checks are completed every day
• Build and maintain customer profiles to capture guest preferences and deliver wow factors throughout their spa journey
• Develop and lead your team in identifying upselling opportunities with the team
• Attend regular meetings with the manager and the spa team
