Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (hotel experience preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Confident communicator
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Confident using booking systems and Microsoft Office platforms

Responsibilities

  • To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
  • Welcome and check-in late arrivals with warmth and efficiency
  • Handle guest enquiries and issues promptly and professionally
  • Complete nightly audit procedures and prepare reports for management
  • Happy to complete a range of different tasks including porter duties, room service, cleaning and reception.
