The Person: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn A proactive approach and strong attention to detail Friendly and Professional Good communication skills , and a true team player Ability to work under pressure The Role: Restocking drinks, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies. Collecting, washing and polishing glassware. Assisting with the setup and breakdown of events bars. Keeping bar areas, storage areas clean and organised. Removing empty bottles, rubbish and used glassware safely. Supporting with stock movement and changing kegs when required. Following food safety, licensing, health and safety, and hotel procedures. Assisting the wider Meeting & Events team necessary.
