DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh Queensferry Crossing is seeking a Breakfast Manager to lead the on-site breakfast service in Queensferry. You will oversee setup, service and close-down while upholding high standards of food quality and guest service.
You will schedule and supervise the breakfast team, coordinate with kitchen staff, manage buffet and à la carte offerings, and monitor stock and ordering for breakfast items.
