We are currently looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our Truly Talented team. If you are friendly, courteous, love working as part of a team and are passionate about the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you!
What we offer:
- £13.50 per hour
- Permanent, part-time contract (32 hours per week)
Your role:
You will work closely with the food and beverage leadership team in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the Hotel and the satisfaction of guests.
Responsibilities of Breakfast Supervisor will include but are not limited to:
- Deputising for the Breakfast Manager in their absence.
- Leading and developing the team; supervising, encouraging and developing the food and beverage team.
- Ensuring all service standards are maintained throughout the breakfast operation.
- Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times.
- Taking and executing all guests' orders in a timely manner.
- Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
- Responding to guests' queries on the menu selection.
- Communicating any guests' questions on the menu, the length of wait and product availability with the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams, as well as any additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the teams accordingly.

The core skills and experience required to succeed:
- Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
- Previous supervisory experience in a busy environment is preferred.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.
