We are currently recruiting for an engaging and outgoing Fringe Bar Team Member to join our Truly Talented team over the Fringe Festival period.

Your role:
As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of service within the guidelines set by management and the department's standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for setting up the bar, taking food and drink orders from guests accurately and charging correctly, as well as assisting with table clearing, food delivery, beverage preparation and delivery. You will be trained in all aspects of the role and have the opportunities to build on your food and beverage knowledge to know and understand the menus and offer food, wine, and beverage suggestions. You'll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you'll continually learn and develop.
If you are passionate, previous bar or restaurant experience in a busy environment is preferred but not essential; excellent personal presentation.
