The Person:
Proven experience in a similar role
A passion for hospitality and team leadership
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
The Role:
Supervise daily operations across all F&B outlets
Motivate and train junior team members
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues proactively
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth flow
Support with rotas, inventory management, and compliance
