Program Overview
Klarent Hospitality are excited to announce we are now accepting applications for our Klarent Graduate Manager Programme 2026! This programme is a 2‑year experience aiming to develop future hospitality leaders. Your 2 years will be spent in two different properties in the UK/Ireland, developing your knowledge of hotel operations, group support functions, commercial awareness and leadership skills. You will receive coaching from industry experts and be mentored by senior management giving extensive personal and professional development. Your innovation and curiosity will be essential in supporting us to implement key business projects to drive the future direction of the company.

Person Requirements
- Thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, delivering first class service across Food & Beverage and Front Office
- Have an insight into the exciting world of hospitality and be passionate in delivering an exceptional experience to our guests
- Be willing to work and live anywhere in the UK/Ireland and be prepared to relocate at the end of the first year of the programme
- Have a degree, or in the process of gaining a degree in a hotel/leisure/tourism discipline by September 2026
- Ready to start in September 2026
Successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK/Ireland for the full duration of the programme.
