- Previous culinary experience

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends
The Role:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
- Work effectively with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service
- Support junior kitchen staff with training and supervision
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Contribute to menu development and specials as required
