Position: Assistant Front Office Manager

Branch: Doubletree by Hilton Edinburgh Airport

Location: Edinburgh

Salary/Benefits: Competitive Salary

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week

Shift pattern: 06:30-15:00 / 14:30-23:00

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising daily front desk operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Assist in managing the front office staff, including onboarding and training new employees
  • Support scheduling staff, ensuring procedures are followed, and monitor and manage daily revenue reports
