- Greet and assist late-night guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports
- Monitor hotel security and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and care
