Leisure Manager – Doubletree by Hilton Dartford Bridge, Dartford, UK.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Leisure Manager to join our dynamic team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • A solid understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Proven experience as a Leisure Manager or a similar role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all customer queries are dealt with efficiently
  • Recruit, develop and lead a strong team within the Leisure Department
  • Manage daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the Leisure Department
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards
  • Oversee the financial performance of the leisure department by managing budgets and controlling costs effectively
