We have an exciting opportunity for a Leisure Manager to join our dynamic team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and multi‑task
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations
- Proven experience as a Leisure Manager or a similar role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all customer queries are dealt with efficiently
- Recruit, develop and lead a strong team within the Leisure Department
- Manage daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the Leisure Department
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards
- Oversee the financial performance of the leisure department by managing budgets and controlling costs effectively
