The Role
- As a room attendant you greet all guests in a warm, friendly, and courteous fashion and maintain a professional manner.
- Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas and replenish stocks of bathroom and bedroom items to the correct standards.
- Report any defects found in the bedroom, corridors, or public areas to the Head of Department.
- Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Work as an integral part of the hotel team, cooperating with colleagues to enhance the guest experience.
- Have knowledge of SALT and contribute to the department and hotel score.
- Follow the company controls procedures in accordance with the company checklist.
- Manage your working rota efficiently, ensuring you are prepared for work with your trolley and caddy stocked appropriately.
- Consider wastage without compromising standards and be energy efficient within the department.
- Develop own skills and knowledge through training, communication, and teamwork.
