Responsibilities
- Manage operations of all food and beverage outlets to deliver an excellent guest and member experience
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Recruit, train and develop the food and beverage team; carry out annual and mid‑year appraisals
- Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently
- Work within budgetary guidelines for food, liquor costs and payroll; set departmental targets and objectives
- Develop menus with the team, manage stock takes and incentivise team members to maximise sales and revenue
- Conduct and record communication meetings; ensure meeting minutes are generated
- Promote environmental awareness and uphold health and safety and hotel security regulations
- Support other departments and maintain good working relationships across the hotel
Qualifications
- Passionate, willing to learn, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Friendly, caring and enjoys working in a team environment
- Ability to develop team members and self; Ambitious and hardworking
- Capability to work under pressure, including mornings, afternoons/evenings and weekends
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service consistently
- Excellent grooming standards and professional appearance
- Experience in food and beverage management and a proven track record in hospitality
