The Role:
- To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
- To assist with the service of our guests, thus ensuring all guests receive efficient, professional service at all times and exceeding their expectations.
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the smooth operation of the department.
- Have a strong knowledge of the Hotels products and standards.
- Ensuring all Health and Safety/ Food compliance is adhered to.
