The Person
- Proven experience as a Restaurant & Bars Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Deep understanding of food and beverage trends and service excellence
- Experience with budgeting, POS systems, and inventory management
- Ability to multitask and can work under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
The Role
- Oversee Restaurant & Bar operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control
- Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house team members to deliver outstanding service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Monitor and manage budgets, labour costs, and food & beverage margins
- Incentivise team members to meet departmental targets and objectives
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with health & safety
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
