Role Description

The Health Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's health club and leisure facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and members.

This full-time, on-site role in Cheltenham involves managing fitness, spa, and pool areas; supervising and scheduling team members; and maintaining high standards of customer service.

The Health Club Manager will monitor membership sales, retention, and guest satisfaction, and collaborate with hotel leadership to promote health club services and packages.
