The Role:
- Motivate the team and lead by example
- Assist the Management team and the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth operation of the department
- Support and deliver training to team members, actively developing their skills and knowledge
- Have a visible presence within the outlet to ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively
- Deal with guest complaints and react in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Work and cooperate with colleagues to enhance the guest experience
- Continually develop new knowledge and skills to ensure best practice service delivery
- Ensure a thorough knowledge and consistent delivery of the company standard operating procedures in the department
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and presentation throughout the team
- Ensure all Health & Safety/Food safety compliance are adhered to
- Report any hazard, accident, loss, or damage to management
