The Person:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
A customer-first attitude with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
The Role:
Assist in managing all F&B outlets to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Support inventory control , ordering, and supplier relationships
Maximimise sales and revenue opportunities across the Food and Beverage department
Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain a positive team environment
Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly
Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations
