The Role:

  • To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
  • To assist with the service of our guests, thus ensuring all guests receive efficient, professional service at all times and exceeding their expectations.
  • The role will require evening & weekend work and shifts will vary depending on the level of business.
