What does the job role involve?
· Site visits and surveys
· Identifying clients’ needs
· Carrying out designs using AutoCAD and Revit
· Producing supporting calculations and conducting structural analysis
· Reading and referencing complete structural drawings
· Client liaison both face to face and in writing/by phone as necessary
What you will need
· Scaffolding experience within the construction industry
· Willingness to learn new things, and not afraid to ask questions
· High attention to detail
· Have a friendly, collaborative outlook, which will be invaluable in establishing and building client relationships
· Experience using AutoCAD is advantageous, but training can be given for the right candidate
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software
· Be able to demonstrate technical knowledge of complex scaffolds
· A basic grasp of engineering drawing and principles would advantageous, but training can be given for the right candidate
· Have a friendly, collaborative outlook, which will be invaluable in establishing and building client relationships
· Skilled at communicating effectively with clients on the telephone and face to face
