We’re looking for a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment, serving over 200 guests daily during the busy summer season. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a Sous Chef and thrive under pressure while maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency. You should have a strong background in preparing pub classics, with a focus on using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
