The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 £ per hour.

A unique pub situated on the Exeter canal, 15 mins walk from the quayside and now 5 minutes from Marsh Barton train station. The pub has one of the largest beer gardens in the south with over 1000 outdoor spaces. We host various events and functions that cater from 100 to our busiest one of the year hijacking 4000 people. With outdoor bars and BBQs, no week is ever the same at the double locks. In the winter, it is a lovely traditional pub with log fires and lots of dogs.

Hours: Flexible part-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Washing dishes, pots, and pans during busy service
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and hygienic
  • Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
  • Taking out rubbish and maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Supporting the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Being an active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team
  • Having high standards and a great work ethic
  • Showing willingness to learn new skills, being an active team player with excellent communication skills
  • Working alongside your kitchen team and demonstrating creativity and ability by helping to deliver top quality service
  • Demonstrating great planning and organisational skills to complete day-to-day tasks
