Salary: £36,200 per year (with progression potential to £42,349)

Contract/Hours: Permanent, 37 hours per week (Mon–Fri office hours, one evening per week until 7pm)

Location: Grimsby/Cleethorpes (travel across North East Lincolnshire required)

  • Turning Point – a nationally recognised, outstanding substance use treatment provider

Our shared Recovery First model ensures lived experience is fully embedded and visible throughout the service. Together, we deliver a highly integrated, localised approach to supporting individuals and communities across North East Lincolnshire.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting a Team Manager to play a pivotal leadership role in delivering high quality, person centred, recovery-focused services. You will lead a motivated, values-driven team supporting individuals to access a wide range of treatment and community resources, grow their recovery capital, and move towards sustainable recovery and independence.
