DOUBLE IMPACT SERVICES in Lincolnshire is seeking a Peer Mentor and Volunteer Coordinator to lead and grow our Peer Mentor and Volunteer Programme within the Recovery Team. This permanent, full-time role supports people with lived experience and promotes volunteering as a core part of recovery.
You will recruit, train, supervise and develop Peer Mentors and Recovery Support Volunteers, collaborate with staff and external partners, and maintain accurate records.
