Working arrangement: Mostly based in-studio with hybrid working flex available (2 days per week working from home)

We’re looking for a Senior Producer to join our award-winning team, leading the delivery of outstanding games while building and strengthening long-term partnerships with our partners.

As a Senior Producer, you’ll play a key leadership role, ensuring that games are delivered on time, on budget and at the highest quality, while working closely with our partners to maintain strategic alignment, transparency and a long-term outlook.

Reporting to a Project Director, and sitting within a project leadership team, this is a high-impact role that demands leadership, adaptability and strategic decision-making. You’ll need to navigate complex production challenges while always keeping an eye on the bigger picture – ensuring both the project and the partnership thrive.

What you’ll be doing

Project Leadership

  • Be a strategic, people oriented leader helping empower others by building an environment of team ownership, personal accountability, agency, recognition, appreciation, collaboration and constructive feedback
  • Oversee the full game development process, ensuring timely, high-quality and budget-conscious delivery
  • Take ownership of production challenges, collaborating across disciplines to find solutions that keep the project moving forward
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, working with designers, engineers, artists and other leads to ensure production flows smoothly
  • Manage risk proactively, identifying potential roadblocks and ensuring clear communication of solutions
  • Optimise workflows, ensuring that the project is running as efficiently and effectively as possible

Partner Relationship Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for our partners, ensuring clear, consistent communication and trust-building
  • Align short-term project goals with long-term success, reinforcing Double Eleven’s reputation as a reliable, high-value development partner
  • Manage expectations carefully, providing partners with clear updates on project progress, risks, and key decisions
  • Collaborate strategically, working with partners to ensure creative and business objectives are in sync
  • Negotiate with a balanced approach, ensuring that decisions make sense both for the immediate project and for the future of the partnership
  • Identify opportunities for future collaboration, helping to expand and strengthen relationships beyond a single project

Champion Internal Development Tools and Processes

  • Advocate for the improvement of in-house tools, ensuring our teams can work more efficiently and produce better games
  • Work with our tools and systems development teams to identify areas where workflow improvements will have the biggest impact
  • Ensure our tools align with both internal team needs and external partner expectations, supporting seamless collaboration
  • Act on feedback from developers, ensuring that tooling enhancements are prioritised to improve efficiency and quality
  • Track the impact of tooling changes, ensuring continuous improvement in how we build games

Industry and Business Development

  • Represent Double Eleven as a leader in game production, acting as an ambassador for our values and approach
  • Lead high-impact discussions, from game pitches to strategic planning meetings with partners
  • Leverage data and analytics, using insights from player behaviour and industry trends to guide decision-making

What we’re looking for

  • Proven industry experience – You’ve successfully delivered multiple game releases in a Senior Producer or equivalent role
  • Deep understanding of partner management – You know how to manage and grow long-term client relationships while ensuring project success
  • Expertise in production methodologies – You can confidently apply agile, waterfall, or hybrid frameworks, depending on what’s best for the project
  • Strategic decision-making ability – You can analyse complex situations, weigh trade-offs and make the right call to keep things on track
  • Strong leadership in high-pressure environments – You’ve led significant project changes, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Internal tools champion – You understand that better tools lead to better games and know how to work with development teams to refine workflows
  • Exceptional organisation and time management – You can juggle multiple priorities, anticipate challenges and keep teams focused
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills – You adapt your communication style to engage with everyone from developers to executives
