We specialise in creating compelling and visually stunning content for a diverse range of clients, be it branded content, digital campaigns, social, documentaries or corporate videos. We are looking for a junior/mid-level Editor to join our growing team. Our core focus is digital‑first social advertising, but we also work across the Corporate, B2B and Branded Content sectors. Working alongside our production and creatives, you will be a key member of the team working on innovative and creative content output.

This new opportunity requires a detail‑conscious, creative‑driven personality with a positive and upbeat attitude. You will need to be creative, hard‑working, ambitious, personable, and able to work autonomously where required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Editing high‑quality original content with a focus on digital/social‑optimised and engaging content.
  • Assemble rough cuts, fine cuts, and final deliveries in line with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with Producers to understand project objectives, timelines, and feedback.
  • Take creative and technical direction from the Head of Post‑Production and implement notes accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage multiple edits simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Organise, ingest, label, and archive footage and project files according to post‑production workflows.
  • Perform basic colour correction, audio balancing, and sound design as required.
  • Add graphics, titles, captions, and simple motion elements using supplied templates or style guides.
  • Prepare exports in various formats and aspect ratios for different platforms (social, web, broadcast, internal use, etc.).
  • Quality‑check all outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and technical compliance.
  • Collaborate with other editors, animators and AI content creators where required.
  • Maintain clear communication with the post‑production team regarding progress, challenges, and deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with editing trends, platform requirements, and post‑production best practices.
  • Support the wider post‑production team with ad‑hoc tasks when needed.

Experience: Minimum of 3‑5 years of professional experience in video editing. Sufficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with particular emphasis on Adobe Premiere Pro. Solid experience with After Effects and Photoshop. Nice to have: Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video editing work.

Contract Details: Contract Type: Full‑time, following a 3‑month probationary period. Expected Start Date: ASAP. Salary: £30 – 35k, depending on experience. Benefits: Statutory 28 days holiday entitlement PLUS.
