About the Role

We are recruiting a professional and presentable Retail Security Officer to join our team in Bicester Village.

You will help create a safe and welcoming shopping environment, protect staff and customers, and prevent theft and other security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft and antisocial behaviour.
• Conduct regular store patrols and identify potential security risks.
• Support store staff with loss prevention and security concerns.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, using effective communication and de-escalation skills.
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain security records.
• Deliver excellent customer service while following store and company procedures.

Requirements

• A valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor licence.
• At least one year of security experience, preferably in retail.
• Available for a Full-time position
• Good spoken and written English, including the ability to read instructions and complete reports.
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain security records
• A smart appearance and professional manner.
• Strong observation, communication and customer service skills.
• The right to work in the UK and availability to work full-time.
• Availability for day shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, is essential.
