Entropia is rebuilding the data room: the software behind the most important moments in the life of a company or an asset, from M&A to fundraising to strategic partnerships. The category has barely moved in twenty years: the incumbents that defined it are still, at their core, document vaults with a search box, built for an era of static files and manual review. We start from a different premise: the data room should be agent-native infrastructure for those moments, software that reads, structures and answers alongside the deal team.
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Entropia, you own relationships with the banks, funds, advisory firms and corporate teams who run their most sensitive transactions in our data rooms. You guide them through deal-driven sales cycles, displace entrenched incumbents, and show dealmakers what an agent-native data room does that a legacy vault cannot. You'll be early enough to shape how we sell. This role is based in London. We mainly use an in-person work model, with a flexible work-from-home policy.
- Take ownership of a named account list, guiding clients through the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contracting, onboarding, and driving user growth.
- Set, achieve, and surpass revenue targets and other key sales metrics.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure our solutions align with customer needs, working closely with engineering and other departments to deliver the best possible outcomes.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, deeply understanding their challenges and aligning Entropia's innovative solutions to meet their goals.
- Run demos that show deal teams how Entropia changes the way they prepare and run a transaction.
- Help scale our sales process by developing a robust sales playbook, documenting your insights and successes to replicate across accounts and grow our reach.
Proven success in selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients, with expertise in consultative, value-based selling that focuses on delivering tailored, impactful results. Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder sales, from C-suite executives to product users, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, relatable way to non-technical audiences. Genuine interest in M&A, financial transactions and how AI is changing them; experience selling into banks, law firms or PE is a plus. Driven by prospecting, and fully capable of independently managing the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing deals. A true team player, collaborating seamlessly across departments (product, legal, etc.) to drive mutual success and deliver value to clients. Excited to help shape our sales processes and culture, contributing to the development of sales strategies, refining the value proposition, and creating resources to drive our success.
The salary for this position will be determined by a combination of market analysis and the candidate's experience and qualifications. Entropia is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming candidates of all backgrounds.
