Dotmatics is building the world's leading scientific software ecosystem with brands like GraphPad, SnapGene and Geneious. Our Product Ops team owns the customer-facing and internal systems that power these businesses, including marketing websites, self-serve e-commerce, subscription billing, software licensing, and back-office order management. Following our acquisition by Siemens, we are forming a dedicated Siemens Integration workstream within Product Ops. This workstream will own the end-to-end execution of integrating Dotmatics PLG (Product-led growth) systems and brands into the Siemens ecosystem, spanning controls, compliance, data integration and systems migrations, while protecting the velocity of our broader growth initiatives.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Technical PM to lead this workstream. You will be the primary point of contact with Siemens counterparts, own the integration roadmap, and drive delivery from requirements through to production. This role requires someone who is deeply technical, obsessively detail-oriented, and equally comfortable in a room with Siemens functional leads as they are executing in a sprint with engineers.

In this role you will get to:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with Siemens and Dotmatics stakeholders to translate corporate objectives, including export controls, ITGCs, tax compliance, CRM and ERP integration into a clear and prioritized integration roadmap.
  • Develop deep expertise in Dotmatics' end-to-end systems: authentication, subscription billing, e-commerce, licensing, and order management.
  • Proactively identify integration gaps and compliance requirements, and translate them into actionable initiatives with milestones and timelines.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of all Siemens integration initiatives, managing critical path dependencies and reporting status to executive leadership.
  • Produce comprehensive PRDs, logic flows, use cases, and wireframes that minimize ambiguity for a distributed engineering team.
  • Partner with Engineering and QA to develop and validate technical plans, architecture, and test coverage, identifying risks before they become blockers.
  • Define UAT standards and perform hands-on UAT on your own initiatives.
  • Use SQL and work closely with engineers and the Data team to support data integration, migrations, and key product and business decisions.
  • Support change management and documentation for Product Ops systems affected by integration activities, coordinating with the teams who own the broader Siemens integration vision.
  • Serve as the escalation point for incidents and issues related to integration initiatives and impacted systems, driving timely resolution and clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional contributors across Dotmatics and Siemens, keeping all parties aligned and accountable.

We are looking for people who have 8+ years in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or similar role, ideally holding a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. You will have prior ownership of high-volume, business-critical B2C or B2B web applications with self-serve transactional flows at scale and a proven track record delivering complex systems integrations and migrations, including scoping, sequencing, and managing dependencies across multiple teams.

The key skills we are looking for:

  • Advanced experience in delivering complex systems integrations and migrations, including scoping, sequencing, and managing dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Hands-on experience with subscription billing and payments platforms (e.g. Recurly, Zuora, Stripe), including tax compliance and self-serve transactional UX.
  • Salesforce CRM experience, specifically integrating with or migrating order management workflows into Salesforce.
  • Experience engaging with compliance, legal, or finance stakeholders to translate regulatory or corporate requirements (e.g. export controls, tax, ITGCs) into product requirements.
  • Expert at producing PRDs, detailed logic flows, use cases, and associated artifacts.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (front-end, REST APIs, JSON, browser DevTools) sufficient to engage in architectural discussions with engineers.
  • Intermediate SQL skills, able to independently work with engineers and data teams on integrations, migrations, and analysis.
  • Proficiency with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) and version control (git) as core day-to-day tools.
  • Skilled at managing delivery end-to-end: roadmaps, milestone tracking, risk identification and mitigation.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills, able to distill complex technical and compliance requirements into clear narratives for global stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for stakeholder alignment and on-site collaboration.
  • Comfortable occasionally adjusting your schedule to collaborate effectively with a distributed team across time zones.

You may also have:

  • Experience with software licensing and entitlement systems (e.g. post-purchase license provisioning for desktop applications).
  • SAP S/4HANA integration experience or familiarity with ERP consolidation programs.
  • Exposure to environments with elevated security, privacy, or regulatory controls (e.g. ISO 27001, SOX, export control frameworks).
