Dotmatics seeks a Director of EMEA Professional Services to lead regional delivery, revenue, and governance across a growing portfolio as we transition to Luma. You will manage a leadership layer including Application Scientist Managers and an India Services Manager, driving delivery excellence and customer outcomes on complex scientific software platforms.

You will shape organisational capability, partner with Sales and Success teams, and scale offshore and partner delivery to meet strategic.
