We are seeking a People Partner to join the team. This role plays a critical role in providing comprehensive People & Organization (P&O) support to managers, employees and the P&O team across the Dotmatics organisation (Global coverage). This position encompasses a broad range of foundational P&O responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- HR policy development and implementation
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- People manager consultation
- Immigration support
- Facilitating employee and manager training sessions
- Project management of P&O initiatives
- Assisting with Workday system changes
- General employee lifecycle support and administration
- Providing expert guidance to both managers and employees while ensuring compliance with labour legislation
You will work alongside the HRBPs supporting them with administration tasks. The successful candidate will be empowered to make decisions and recommendations for their supported groups with minimal supervision, contributing significantly to our organizational effectiveness.
In this role you will get to:
- Implement Policy: ownership and guidance – develop, communicate and maintain zone specific P&O policies.
- Support employee questions on policy interpretation or guidance.
- Oversee Immigration and RTW: ensuring familiarity with immigration topics and updating local policies in relation to this.
- Be the Point of escalation: in relation to employee queries and Jira tickets.
- Provide advisory support: for managers and coaching managers through employee management.
- Support onboarding and offboarding: to ensure employees have a good experience.
- Employee relations: Case support and management of cases within assigned client groups including restructuring and reorganisation support.
- Administrative responsibility: for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, for example salary letters, employee relations communication, Workday administration, ensuring employee data is correct.
- Partner with P&O BPs: to support on entity specific projects (for example – Gender Pay Gap reporting, System implementation, Payroll and Benefit support, Company car, Corporate Credit Cards, Audit etc.)
- Build a strong business relationship: with internal clients, managers, employees and the P&O team.
We are looking for people who have 3 - 5 years experience in Employee Relations as a P&O Generalist, Junior Business Partner or Employee Relations Specialist role. You may also hold a degree. You will have an open adaptable approach to your work and show the ability to pivot and flex as the business develops.
The Key skills we are looking for:
- Experience partnering with managers and PO BPs to address performance and employee relations issues.
- Workday or similar HRIS System working knowledge.
- Advanced knowledge of global HR employments law - key geos being UK, US, Ireland.
- Strong consultative skills, communication (written and oral) skills.
- Well organised with a high attention to detail.
- Adaptability, initiative, detail-orientation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with building HR reports and data collation.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Google Suite - Microsoft suite.

The candidate's final starting pay is based on job-related skills, experience, job specific qualifications & location.
