We are looking for a forward thinking, collaborative HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) who will work as a trusted business partner to global business teams and take a role in partnering with business leads and integration teams to support the integration of the Dotmatics employees into Siemens Digital Industries Software. You will work closely with Senior Leaders, Managers, teams, and key stakeholders to help build the organisation, people capability and support on shaping & implementing effective people strategies within the organisation, working to build employee engagement, satisfaction and promote good HR practice and compliance.

This position will support our Customer Operations team, therefore having experience as a HRBP supporting Professional Services or GTM teams will be highly advantageous. You will be expected to be on site at Bishops Stortford, UK for 2 days a month for the Customer Operations team meeting. This role will cover teams working in GMT & EST time zones.

  • Engage with Dotmatics Heads of Department to offer thought and support on organisational and people related strategy and execution.
  • Partner with the integration and People and Organisation teams at Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW) to support Dotmatics business leads and teams with the integration.
  • Establish a high level of collaboration and alignment with DISW teams including HRIS/Operations/Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Compensation, Benefits, Immigration, L&D, etc. on P&O integration activities.
  • Provide input into the communications and change management strategy and Dotmatics employee engagement plan development.
  • Understand and support organization design, capabilities, team structure, job/role design and levelling.
  • Work with the Total Rewards team to identify compensation frameworks and planning linking to annual review cycles and market data.
  • Workday management & administration of employee lifecycle including but not limited to onboarding, employee relations, transfers, leaves, exits.
  • Lead on the performance review cycles for assigned business groups, analysing the data to work and guide the business to effectively performance manage or develop employees.
  • Manage employee relations and staff wellness initiatives.
  • Participate in facilitation workshops including on topics such as performance, manager effectiveness, talent management and development.
  • Support our HR Operations team in people related audits, quarterly/year end reporting and Jira service desk.
  • Policy review and iteration to ensure compliance.
  • Relationship builder - able to connect across multi-discipline teams and different global locations.
  • Supporting on Implementing initiatives and process across global teams.
  • Navigating employee relations.
  • Managing performance management.
  • Leading Manager coaching on employment matters.
  • In depth knowledge of UK, EMEA & US employment laws.
  • Using HR systems - Workday is an advantage.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis.
  • Supporting in change management, process setting and implementation.
  • Ability to influence and gain buy in from leaders & peers of all levels.
  • Stakeholder communication & negotiation to reach beneficial outcomes.

We're looking for people who have 7+ years' experience within a similar HR role supporting teams/businesses with a global footprint and you will ideally hold a qualification (CPP, CIPD or similar) in Human Resources. As the HRBP you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, a high degree of accuracy, the ability to be independent and razor sharp attention to detail.
