We’re looking for a Learning Partner to join our team, managing existing accounts and growing new ones as we look to accelerate our commercial growth. You’ll be selling highly impactful, bespoke learning programmes that support some of the largest companies in the world.
About DoThinkDo: We create immersive, hands-on learning experiences that unlock human potential and creativity whilst driving organisational performance. We partner with esteemed brands like Bupa, AstraZeneca, Specsavers and Virgin Media O2 to unlock the potential of their people by combining an experiential and effective mix of acting techniques, behavioural psychology and group coaching. Whether it’s a leader learning to inspire their team or a team tackling the challenges of the modern changing workplace, we’re here to help them stretch, grow, and perform at their best. We’re a tight-knit team delivering in-person and online experiences that shape people’s careers and lead to life-long behaviour change.
The Role: DoThinkDo is an innovative company with ambitious growth plans, this role is key in helping us deliver those plans. As one of our team of Learning Partners, you’ll be both a strategic thinker and hands-on doer - working closely with our founder, CEO, and sales team to shape our account management and growth strategy, working with marketing to create and drive events, webinars and other outbound activity.
Your focus areas:
- To build and create meaningful relationships with clients across all sectors
- To work consultatively with our clients, assimilating complex needs and challenges
- To propose suitable solutions from our unique and innovative point of view
- To be very comfortable acting and thinking creatively
- A deep understanding of the stages of a consultative sales process
- To work collaboratively with marketing on strategies, campaigns and outbound execution
Most of all, a hunger and desire to make a difference here at DTD.
Who you are: We are looking for a creative thinker, someone who loves to collaborate and is curious about communication, how people learn and what we do to help and impact them. You’ll have several years experience in a consultative B2B sales environment, some of it gained within a learning or training organisation, be competent with the mechanics of account management, such as CRMs (HubSpot is ideal), campaign generation and proposal writing. You’ll have a proven track record of hitting your targets, comfortable working with deal sizes in excess of £100k+, experience owning the end-to-end process from lead sourcing, through to proposal generation and final pitch. Importantly, you’ll have a love of learning - we’re thought-leaders in our space, so we want you to be excited about what drives human performance and engagement at work.
