DotGolf is an international golf technology company that provides software, systems, and solutions for golfers, golf clubs, and golf organisations. We exist to create golf technology solutions to grow the game, and currently serve 21 national golfing associations, over 5,000 golf clubs, and around 2.5 million golfers. Our UK hub in Lincoln is a key part of our round-the-clock service for customers in Europe and Africa.

To help us deliver on our ambitions, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. The support team aims to provide exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their overall experience with DotGolf is positive.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner through phone, email, or support ticket platform.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, and escalate, when necessary, appropriately.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the customer support team to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information to customers.

Minimum requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (must be fluent in English, both written and verbal) with an enthusiastic personality that relates well with people.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively, and work independently, but at the same time is a team player.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable and confident with software applications and possess strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience in remote support systems, training users, and written documentation of systems is advantageous.
  • The ability to work a set schedule of 4 days a week, Thursday to Sunday, 7am to 3pm, to support our customers in different time zones over the busiest part of the golfing week.
  • Being passionate about sports with an interest in golf is ideal but not a game-breaker.
  • You must have the right to live and work in the UK, and be able to travel to our Lincoln hub as required.
