About Dotfile
Dotfile is building the AI-native Compliance Operating System for financial institutions. Our mission is to make compliance simple, safe and smart, helping financial institutions onboard customers, manage risk and operate globally. Compliance remains one of the most manual functions in financial services. While most institutions still rely on fragmented tools and human-driven workflows, we believe AI is enabling a fundamental shift toward autonomous compliance. Our ambition is to build Level 5 Compliance: software that can gather evidence, investigate complex situations, assess risk and execute defensible decisions under defined policies.
Dotfile has grown into one of Europe’s fastest-growing compliance technology companies. Today, 100+ financial institutions across 15 countries rely on Dotfile for critical compliance operations, with a rapidly growing presence in the US. We recently raised our Series A from leading US and European investors and software operators. We’re now entering our next chapter: investing heavily in product and AI, expanding internationally, and building the team that can make Dotfile the global standard for compliance infrastructure.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help build the top of our sales funnel. You will be the first point of contact for many of our future customers: fintechs, crypto companies and financial institutions looking to modernise their compliance operations. Your mission will be to identify, engage and qualify high-potential prospects, and to book meetings for our Account Executives. The position is based in London, with a hybrid remote policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & qualify leads: identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels
- Educate & build interest: communicate our value proposition and show how Dotfile helps fintechs, crypto companies and financial institutions streamline onboarding, strengthen compliance and scale efficiently
- Fuel the sales funnel: book qualified meetings with high-potential prospects for our Account Executives
- Collaborate with Sales & Growth: work closely with AEs and the Growth team to refine targeting, messaging and sequences, and to improve conversion rates
- Track & optimise performance: keep accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot) and keep improving your outreach based on data and feedback
About you

- Knowledge of the AML, KYC/KYB or risk management space is a strong plus
- You are familiar with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message…)
- You are creative and never run out of new ideas to test, and you’re not afraid to make bold bets
- You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to your work
- You are fluent in English and in a second language (French preferably), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What we offer
- A front row seat at a fast-growing startup with global ambitions
- A fast-learning environment with diverse career development options
