Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the creative direction of a recognised international brand and bring its vision to life through impactful storytelling and marketing campaigns.
  • Act as the strategic link between marketing vision and creative execution, translating business priorities into compelling creative campaigns, content and brand experiences.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process—from concept and campaign development through to production and distribution—while maintaining strong brand governance and creative excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Direct line management of multidisciplinary creative teams across Brand, Design, Video Production and Social Media, building a culture of creativity, collaboration and excellence.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and global teams to deliver innovative campaigns, major brand initiatives and memorable brand experiences across European markets.

What You'll Bring:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in creative, brand or marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, video, and brand communications).
  • Strong experience translating business and marketing strategies into impactful creative campaigns and content.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing multidisciplinary creative teams across Brand, Design, Video Production and Social Media.
  • Experience overseeing end-to-end creative production, including content planning, campaign development, and photo/video shoots.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, senior leaders, including marketing, communications, PR, and product teams, external agencies and creative partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage customer insights, market trends and performance data to shape creative strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have:

  • Experience within wellness, lifestyle, beauty or FMCG/consumer brands.
  • Experience working in an international or regional marketing environment.
  • Experience leading large-scale campaigns, product launches, brand events or influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Postgraduate qualification or additional training in Marketing, Brand Strategy or Creative Leadership.
