We are looking for a Junior Graphic and Production Designer to join our Pan-European Marketing team. In this role, you will support the creation of high-quality multilingual literature and digital assets for customers across Europe. Working closely with experienced designers and marketing colleagues, you will combine accurate production work with opportunities to contribute to a wider range of creative projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Incorporate translated copy and edits into English master documents using InDesign
  • Proofread and quality-check multilingual materials
  • Prepare and export artwork for print and digital use
  • Support creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining dōTERRA’s brand standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the European and US teams

Qualifications and experience:

  • A degree or higher qualification in graphic design or a related subject
  • Ideally 1–3 years of experience in graphic or production design; strong graduates with relevant practical experience will also be considered
  • A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and style
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Understanding of preparing files for print and digital use
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong communication, organisation and collaboration skills
  • A proactive approach and enthusiasm for learning and development
  • Experience with multilingual documents, Adobe After Effects or similar motion-design software would be an advantage but is not essential.
