Reporting to the Head of EMEA Marketing, this is a fantastic opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented individual to grow into a marketing expert. Ideal candidates will have a passion for integrating digital and real-life marketing through campaigns and events.

Day-to-day:

  • Events: A passion for event planning is essential, as you will be responsible for coordinating and executing both digital and in-person events that align with our marketing goals. You’ll contribute to the planning, logistics, and execution of Dotdigital events in the UK and EMEA. This includes interacting directly with vendors and collaborating with members of the Dotdigital team. From pre-event planning to logistics, documentation, and execution, your role will support us at every step of the process.
  • Handle logistics and day-of support for virtual and in-person events, including speaker outreach and coordination, vendor research and selection, driving registrations, and creating internal prep documents related to various events.
  • Manage smaller 3rd party event sponsorships and co-hosted partner activities, tracking timelines and deliverables to ensure flawless execution, leading to qualified leads and sales pipeline, working directly with the events manager.
  • Ensure the event and email calendars are updated, and work directly with the global online marketing team to schedule communications and outreach for multiple countries.
  • Carry out basic data entry for various tasks, such as creating web pages, surveys, and calendar events, preparing target lists for campaigns, and identifying further content opportunities from existing events.
  • Monitor and record receipts and invoices, while ensuring the EMEA marketing budget remains current and accurate for the team.

Campaigns: While event planning is crucial, we are also looking for someone who understands the bigger picture of creating demand generation campaigns and becoming a well-rounded marketer. You’ll work with the EMEA marketing and global campaign teams on numerous initiatives, managing, executing, and driving forward day-to-day marketing programs. Your efforts will be focused on delivering a high-quality pipeline and achieving other associated business deliverables. This role requires a strategic mindset to integrate various marketing activities into cohesive campaigns that align with our overall goals.

  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.
  • Write and proof copy for different marketing materials, website content, email campaigns, social media posts, case studies, and other promotional materials.
  • Provide project support for various marketing initiatives.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and activities in line with the marketing plan and monitor results, ensuring KPIs are achieved and measured.
  • Assist in the building out of our Account Based Marketing program and work towards being an ABM internal champion.
  • Solely manage our ABM and company gifting platform Reachdesk.
  • Support the generation of Engagements, MQLs, and SQOs – aiming to meet and exceed the regional KPIs.
  • Assist with localisation strategies to support our international growth throughout Europe.
